Bold, brooding and beautifully balanced. This is McLaren Vale Shiraz from two iconic pockets. Blewitt Springs brings lifted aromatics and fine tannin. Tatachilla adds depth, plush fruit and coastal freshness. Think black cherry, plum and cocoa layered with spice, dried herbs and a whisper of saltbush.

In the Winery:
Machine harvested, destemmed, wild ferment, matured in seasoned French oak, unfined and lightly filtered for purity and texture.

McLaren Vale is diverse, and this wine shows why that matters. Blewitt Springs sits higher and cooler, giving structure and finesse. Tatachilla, closer to the Gulf, brings generosity and saline lift.
