Bottle Quality
This wine was originally crafted for the bottle, but we’ve chosen to age it in a cask, making it a square peg in a round world—offering a unique twist to traditional expectations.
Region, Varietal, Vintage
Why are we different? Well we are no so different to other wineries but are very different to other cask brands. We make region specific drops from vintages not bulk crap.
A Step In The Right Direction
Unlike glass, we use 90% less CO2. While we recognize the complexities of some of our materials, we are committed to developing a circular product cycle.

Boxed wine stays fresh so much longer than bottled because the tap allows in very little oxygen when your pour, and seals immediately after you fill your glass. A bottle is exposed to oxygen for several seconds.
