REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Should you make an error when ordering online, Cult Cru Wine Company. will exchange and refund your item up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition.

You are responsible for the additional postage charges. When your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund on the card you paid with. Once your refund has been confirmed it may take up to 3-5 business days depending on your bank.

WHY CAN’T I GET A DELIVERY TO MY AREA?

Some areas in Australia are considered ‘Dry Zones’. A dry zone is an area where it is against the law to sell, be in possession of or consume alcohol. As a result, Seven Seasons may be unable to deliver to these postcodes.

WHAT POSTCODES ARE CLASSIFIED AS ‘DRY ZONES’?

You will not be able to purchase any alcohol product when your delivery address contains any of the following postcodes:
