Classic Cab, no gloss. Cassis, black olive, bay leaf, dark chocolate – with that unmistakable Coonawarra drive. Structured and savoury, with just enough plush fruit to keep it grounded. Fine tannins. Clean modern finish.

In the Cellar:
Single vineyard fruit – small open-pot fermentation – 10 months in French oak (20% new) – no fining.

Why It Matters:
Coonawarra is Cabernet country. Red terra rossa over limestone gives this wine its line and longevity. We’ve taken the classic and made it more accessible – same soul, smarter format.
